    ID verification, BSN, payroll setup, 30% application if eligible - handled by our team and partner.

    Monthly run

    We invoice you one all-in TCE amount per employee. You see the payslips and journals in your portal.

Per employee, per month

Flat EOR management fee. Employer burden (~22-28% of gross) and benefits invoiced at cost.

Volume discounts from 5 employees. Custom TCE quote available on request.

When this fits

  • • You are testing the Dutch market with a single hire.
  • • You don't want to commit to a BV until headcount justifies it.
  • • You need to absorb a contractor who is now subject to misclassification risk.
  • • You acquired a remote employee in a deal and need a compliant home.

When it does not

  • • You already have a Dutch BV → use our payroll service instead.

Can my hire keep working from outside NL sometimes?+

Yes, within the EU social-security A1 framework. Extended cross-border work needs a quick compliance check first.

How fast can someone start?+

Typically 5-10 working days from candidate brief, faster if BSN is already in place.

What about IP and confidentiality?+

Your IP/NDA clauses are layered into the Dutch employment contract through a tri-party schedule.
