Becoming an IND recognised referent takes months and ties your company to compliance audits. Our certified EOR partner already is one - and they sponsor on your behalf as part of the EOR arrangement.

The route

  1. 01Salary check against the current Highly Skilled Migrant threshold (age-banded).
  2. 02Our partner files the residence permit application as the legal employer / referent.
  3. 03Candidate collects MVV at the Dutch embassy and travels.
  4. 04BSN, biometrics and payroll completed in the arrival week.
  5. 0530% ruling filed in parallel where eligible.

Common questions

How long does the permit take?+

IND statutory term is up to 90 days for HSM. In practice most decisions land within 2-4 weeks for complete files.

Can the candidate's family come too?+

Yes - partner and minor children can apply for dependent permits in parallel. We file the family pack together with the main applicant.

What if we get our own recognised sponsor status later?+

We support a clean transfer of the permit and employment once your status is approved by the IND.

What about diploma evaluation?+

Required for some nationalities and roles. We arrange IDW or Nuffic evaluation up front to avoid filing delays.
