What our certification means
Under Dutch law a client of a non-certified payroll provider can be held jointly liable for unpaid wage tax and social premiums. Because ICS Staffing and Payroll B.V. is SNA certified, that exposure is limited: when we run the payroll, the standard chain-liability indemnification and the 25% G-account route are available to you.
We share our SNA register entry and our TUV Nord audit status on request, support due-diligence reviews from your finance or legal team, and welcome reference calls with current clients.
