Registered Dutch entity. UBO disclosed. Standard transparency obligations met.

What our indemnification means

Under Dutch law a client of a non-certified payroll provider can be held jointly liable for unpaid wage tax and social premiums. NEN-4400 / SNA certification reverses that exposure: when we run the payroll, the Belastingdienst cannot recover from you.

We publish proof of audit on request, support due-diligence reviews from your finance or legal team, and welcome reference calls with current clients.
