Monica supervises every open file from the first intake until a new employee is fully set up on Dutch payroll. She collects and checks the documents needed for employment contracts, work and residence permit applications, 30% ruling requests and pre-employment background checks, and makes sure each step is handled by the right department in the right order. She is the primary contact for employers and their employees during onboarding, as well as for the professional partners involved in a file. Quality and processing time are her top priorities.

From an early age, Monica has spent a lot of time living and working abroad. Her experience with different cultures helps her guide employees relocating to the Netherlands from all over the world. She speaks English, German, French and Dutch.
