Alex Stokvis

Alex Stokvis is Chief Executive Officer of ICS Staffing & Payroll B.V. and of its parent company, Intercompany Solutions, the Rotterdam firm that has guided international entrepreneurs into the Dutch market for over a decade. He has led Intercompany Solutions since 2023 and took on the leadership of ICS Payroll in 2026 to build out its Employer of Record and payroll services.

Before joining Intercompany Solutions, Alex spent nearly three years at GO Sharing, where as Fleet Manager for West Netherlands he ran operations across 14 cities and a team of more than 45 employees, and later worked as a production planner at GKN Aerospace. That background in scheduling people, processes and compliance at scale is what he brings to Dutch payroll and employment administration today.

His focus at ICS Payroll is helping companies choose the right route into the Netherlands: hiring through an Employer of Record, setting up a Dutch BV, or moving from one to the other as the business grows. He works closely with the company formation, accounting and tax specialists at Intercompany Solutions so that clients get one integrated answer rather than five separate ones. Alex graduated in International Business & Management Studies from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and works in English and Dutch.
