Alex Stokvis is CEO of Intercompany Solutions, the Rotterdam firm behind ICS Payroll. He graduated in International Business & Management at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and built his early career in corporate planning at GKN Aerospace and GO Sharing.
He combines that operational planning background with deep knowledge of Dutch company law, advising founders on the choice between a BV, a branch, and an Employer of Record route before a single contract is signed. He works in English and Dutch.
